Property Management

We provide the most comprehensive services for your propriety:

  • Our company will monitor the monthly rental payment And accommodate payment of operating expenses (maintenance, insurance, etc)
  • Owner will be able to see monthly income and breakdowns of costs
  • Tenant maintenance will be directed to our office via email and phone
  • Our staff will be able to liaise between building management and tenants, and your questions

Applicant Pre-Selection

We will price your propriety and market it. Normally the lease we sign is for 12 months term.

If you’re using our company to rent out your unit, we will complete the rental process from start to finish, and guide you through the legal docs.

We will list your proprieties, and work with other rental agencies to list your proprieties.

Processing applicants, including credit and reference checks, collecting deposits, preparing the unit for occupancy, and coordinating the move in and out with the tenants.

Tax Advices

We work with tax experts, accountant and lawyers to provide you professional advice.

  • We will help in navigating local taxation requirements – they are never straight forward and changing constantly.
  • We can advice you filling out the tax forms for city hall, local and national taxation requirements.
  • Taxes might be required to be paid monthly / quarterly / yearly, as per applicable legislation.
  • We can help you if you’re a resident or non-reisdent.

Getting the Best Insurance

We are able to advice you on the best owner insurance,  to make sure you’re ensured that your investments are safe even in the case of any unfortunate events  – we will make sure you will be protected!

Repairs & Maintenance

Rest assured we will use professional trades to carry out any repairs. We will try troubleshoot the issues ,prior to placing the call, as we strive to keep owners operating costs as low as possible. Our representatives will be on site to conform any repairs have been carried out properly, and pictures will be taken. We are not affiliated with any contractors.

Inspections

We will inspect the propriety before the tenants arrival, and after the tenants departure. We will make pictures and report the status, and report any damages. Our competent contractor can also carry on the repairs, if desired, after your approval of the costs and effort.

Propriety Investment Consulting

We will estimate your cash flow projections, financing options, estimate your costs, estimate your price, rental amount and tax implications.
